Station Garage, Bishop's Stortford, has been in business since the late seventies, providing quality automotive repairs, servicing and MOT works. In March 2018, the garage was threatened by the site being re-purposed for additional car parking for Bishop's Stortford station. Not only do we believe that the current parking availability is adequate for the the station requirements, but we also believe that we provide a valuable, local service, especially convenient also for commuters. We are vigorously opposed to being forced to relocate, since we fear this will not only damage our business, but will almost inevitably lead to job losses and financial hardship. Please support our efforts to urge East Herts District Council and the current landowner to reconsider this plan of action, and allow us to continue our business for you, our customers.
